This standard-gauge tank car is parked just south of the site of the coal processing
plant. It contained oil which was sometimes sprayed inside empty coal hoppers in winter months so that the coal would not freeze onto the inside of the hopper and thus could
be dumped more easily. An oil outlet pipe is permanently connected to the car and leads
down beneath the surface. The car is double-walled and insulated.
